About the Role

Senior Solution Sales Manager - Key Accountsとして、産業オートメーションにおけるDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）標準化を軸に、自動車・食品飲料・化学業界の主要顧客との戦略的パートナーシップを構築いただきます。単発の製品販売ではなく、「標準化→多拠点展開→BAU（恒常運用）」を軸にした事業モデルを推進し、顧客の設備投資判断に継続的に関与するポジションです。

What will you do?

OTデータの文脈化（データ基盤）から上位システム、OTハードウェアまでを見据えた提案設計を行い、顧客の設備投資判断に継続的に関与する

PoC（概念実証）から標準実装、複数拠点へのロールアウトまでを一貫してリードし、スモールスタートの案件を大型の継続事業へと育てる

• 自動車業界の顧客に対し、データ基盤を軸としたプラットフォーム戦略を提案し、DXからハードウェア、GX（グリーントランスフォーメーション）への展開を推進する
• 製造業顧客に対し、PLC／DCS／MES（制御システム／分散制御システム／製造実行システム）の標準化を提案し、高度制御を含むリファレンス事例を構築する
• プロセス機器メーカー（OEM）への技術仕様提案（Spec-in）活動を推進し、量産適用に向けた認証を進める

Pre Sales（技術営業）チームと一体となって案件を推進し、業界標準モデルの実装を共同で進める

• 定めたマイルストーンに基づき、案件の進捗と積み上げ根拠を明確にしながら管理する
• 営業チームのマネジメント、コーチング、人材育成およびパフォーマンスマネジメントを推進する
• 担当チームの売上・受注・パイプライン目標達成に責任を持ち、組織成果を最大化する

Must Have

大学卒業以上

People Management経験（5年以上）

Key Account Management（大口顧客向け営業・アカウントマネジメント）経験

PLC／DCS／MES、または産業用データ基盤（SCADA／Historian／MES等）の提案・導入経験（5年以上目安）

自動車・食品飲料・化学いずれかの業界における顧客折衝経験

ビジネスレベル英語（TOEIC 800点相当以上）

• Nice to Have
• 標準化・多拠点展開型の大型提案をリードした経験（複数拠点ロールアウトのプログラムマネジメント経験）
• 業界標準・制御に関する知見

Pre Sales・技術部門と連携したOT／IT横断のソリューション設計経験
