Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced SAP
• S/4HANA Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs
• from offshore. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery,
• stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution of SAP S/4HANA
• implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.

Key

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA
• implementation / rollout / upgrade projects
• Manage project lifecycle including planning,
• design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Drive offshore delivery governance and
• coordinate with onsite/client stakeholders
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks,
• and budget
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate
• methodology and best practices
• Lead cross-functional teams (functional,
• technical, BASIS, integration)
• Conduct status reporting, steering
• committee updates, and stakeholder communication
• Handle resource planning, utilization,
• and team performance management
• Drive quality assurance, risk mitigation,
• and issue resolution
• Support pre-sales, estimations, and
• solutioning when required

Required Skills

& Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong
• SAP project management background
• Proven experience in S/4HANA
• implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield / Rollouts)
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO,
• SD, MM, PP, etc.) and integration points

Experience managing global/offshore

• delivery models
• Expertise in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid
• delivery models (SAFe preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and
• communication skills

Experience handling large teams (20–100+

• members)
• Good understanding of SAP BTP,
• integrations, and cloud environments

Preferred

Qualifications

SAP Activate / PMP / Prince2 / Agile

certifications

Experience in multi-country rollout

• Exposure to RISE with SAP / Cloud

Experience in at least two industries
