Senior Tax Manager, Venture Capital

The Senior Tax Manager will lead the firm's High Net Worth (HNW) tax practice, with an emphasis on the venture capital ecosystem. This leader will build and manage a team that delivers tax planning, compliance and consulting services to venture capital general partners and investment professionals, angel and limited partner investors, family offices. The role combines deep technical expertise in partnership taxation, qualified small business stock with a proactive, planning-first approach to liquidity events and multi-generational wealth transfer.

The Senior Tax Manager will drive excellence in client service, mentor and grow team members, develop innovative solutions to complex tax issues, and play a central role in expanding the firm's presence and reputation within the venture capital community.
