Franchise Operations Specialist

• Location: Minato, 13, Japan
• Franchise operations staff work directly with the franchise operations director to ensure operational success of franchises business who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, merchandise assortment planning as franchise head office in Japan.
• Franchise operations staff also work with franchise business partner and franchise employees to ensure that each location is running smoothly and meeting all relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily product orders from each franchise store
• Collect and analyze data such as Sales and KPIs from each franchise store, develop strategies to improve store operations, and provide support to the stores
• Inventory management based on analysis of product sales, inventory, etc.
• Preparation of internal reports on sales data
• Partner with Retail Visual Merchandiser and Marketing on all visual communication to stores to ensure field compliance of Skechers' Visual Standards and timely execution of company directives
• Work with other MD functions and handle product assortment planning
• Daily communication with franchise stores
• Required experience and skills.
• Experience to deal consumer goods such as fashion and FMCG.
• Effective communication skill, which is convey information clearly and answer questions and build relationships with others.
• Excel (Pivot, V-lookup, Graphing　etc.), Word and PowerPoint

Preferred experience and skills

• Buying & merchandising related experience for more than 2 years.
• Retail staff experience
• Franchise business operations experience
• Business level of English
