Sourceworx, in partnership with MICT SETA, invites unemployed TVET graduates to apply for an 18 Months TVET Placement Programme designed to provide structured workplace exposure, practical training, and industry-relevant experience.
This programme is intended for candidates who have successfully completed their N6 qualification and require 18 months of in-service training/workplace experience to satisfy the requirements for obtaining their National Diploma. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and enhance their employability in a professional working environment. Applications from persons with disabilities and candidates from previously disadvantaged groups are encouraged.
Minimum Requirements
South African citizen
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
Must have completed an N6 qualification from a recognized TVET College in Marketing Management/Information Technology/ Computer Science
Require 18 months of workplace experience/in-service training to obtain a National Diploma
Currently unemployed and never participated in any SETA placement programme
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
