Sourceworx, in partnership with MICT SETA, invites qualifying students to apply for a 6-month University Placement Programme designed to provide practical workplace experience, support academic learning, and equip participants with valuable industry-relevant skills. This programme is intended for students who require in-service training, work-integrated learning (WIL), or practical workplace exposure as part of their Diploma or Degree requirements.
Successful applicants will gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while developing the competencies needed to enhance their future employability. Applications from persons with disabilities and candidates from previously disadvantaged groups are encouraged.
Minimum Requirements
South African citizen
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Information Technology/Computer Science (Final Year Student)
Never participated in any SETA placement programme
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
