Imagine being at the heart of a People function that makes a real difference. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you’ll help deliver a smooth, consistent and high-quality People service across our business. You’ll be a go-to for managers and team members, providing practical guidance, keeping processes on track and ensuring our policies are applied consistently. From maintaining accurate records to supporting our People systems and finding smarter ways of working, you’ll help make every People experience a positive one.
Working collaboratively with the wider People team, you’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach, a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for making things better every day. This is a hybrid role based at our Head Office in Watford, with an expectation of 4 days per week on-site. Occasional travel across our locations, including overnight stays, may also be required.
