The Youth Soccer Marketing Associate will gain hands-on experience performing a variety of roles within a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes environment, with the chance to have a direct impact on youth soccer in Kansas City.

A key focus for this role will be capturing and creating engaging photo and video content that showcases Sporting Kansas City’s youth programs, players, coaches, events, and experiences across digital and social platforms. Additionally, this role will support competitive club Sporting City in its social media and digital efforts.

Essential Functions

• Assist the Youth Sports Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for youth programs, including camps, clinics, seasonal tournaments, leagues, and Sporting City.
• Capture photo and video content at youth soccer camps, leagues, tournaments, events, and other activities for use across social media, email, website, and other marketing channels for Sporting Kansas City Youth Soccer and Sporting City.
• Help create engaging marketing materials, such as flyers, social media graphics, and email newsletters.
• Manage social media content related to youth programs, including scheduling posts and interacting with the community.
• Support the organization of promotional events and outreach activities to increase participation in youth programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist with the maintenance of youth soccer websites, ensuring information is up-to-date and engaging.
• Availability year-round.
