Transportation Financial Specialist 2 - Kanawha Co.

**Disclaimer-this position will be considered classified-exempt and “at will.” The Transportation Financial Specialist 2 will report to the Financial Division. This position performs full-performance highly specialized work under limited supervision. Position requires the use of independent judgement in the interpretation and adaptation of policies and guidelines. Performs related work as required. Qualifications **Preference may be given to Candidates with these qualifications** TRAINING/EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

Substitution: Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, budget, or business may be substituted for the required training/education through an established formula. EXPERIENCE Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or related experience. Substitution: Successful completion of graduate coursework from a regionally accredited college or university may be substituted for the required experience through an established formula.
