Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate tenders in Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
- Prepare and submit pre-bid queries seeking technical and commercial clarifications.
- Obtain approvals and preparation of EMD, POA and other bid documents.
- Structure technical proposals in line with scoring matrices to maximize marks under QCBS tenders.
- Align past project credentials with evaluation parameters to enhance technical scoring.
- Handle PSU and private sector bids through GeM and other portals.
- Prepare post-bid clarifications and justifications in response to technical and commercial queries raised by evaluation committees.
Work Experience
3-5 + years in Bid preparation.
Education
Candidate should be any Graduate or preference B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil etc.
