Your Tasks
- Conduct HSE induction programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Deliver classroom and on-site safety training sessions on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) topics.
- Organize and conduct toolbox talks, safety awareness campaigns, mock drills, and emergency response training.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and training records.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, and competency assessments.
- Promote a strong safety culture across plant operations and contractor workforce.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Support incident investigations by identifying training gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site management and HSE teams to identify training needs and prepare annual training plans.
- Maintain training matrices and ensure timely completion of mandatory safety trainings.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to HSE compliance.
Experience Required
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Training.
- Experience in manufacturing, cement, construction, heavy engineering, or related industries.
- Candidates with prior experience in the cement industry will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, safety regulations, risk assessment, and training methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the local language of the respective location.
- Experience in conducting behavioral safety, emergency preparedness, and statutory compliance training programs.
- Willingness to work at plant locations and interact with employees and contractors at all levels.
Job Location(s)
- Chittapur, Karnataka – Preference for Kannada-speaking candidates; however, Hindi-speaking candidates will also be considered.
- Tandur, Telangana – Telugu-speaking candidate preferred.
- Ganeshpahad, Telangana – Telugu-speaking candidate preferred.
Your Qualification
Preferably an engineering graduate or a science degree holder.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Trainer in the Health & Safety domain.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, ADIS (India), and IOSH are preferred.
Recognized qualifications from international and domestic boards.
Specialized qualifications in key critical Health & Safety activities (e.g., Confined Space, HIRA, Work at Height, etc.).
Language proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages.
Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
