Marketing Specialist, ANZ

Alexandria, Australia In person Full-time

Tesla is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join the ANZ Marketing team. This role serves as the central integrator across all marketing functions – ensuring that Email & Lifecycle, Digital, Social & Content, and regional activations are aligned and executed as cohesive, integrated campaigns. The successful candidate will own the planning, coordination, and performance tracking of cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive measurable demand generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth while upholding Tesla brand standards.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager – ANZ and is a key addition to the growing Marketing team in Australia and New Zealand. It is designed for operational excellence: every campaign and journey will be measured, optimised, and directly linked to revenue and retention KPIs. Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ANZ, ensuring alignment between Email & Lifecycle, Digital, Social & Content, and in-store/event activations to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Develop quarterly integrated marketing and event calendars using online and offline channels to boost awareness and drive demand to retail stores. Coordinate cross-functional campaign briefings, timelines, and deliverables; act as the central point of accountability for campaign milestones and go-live readiness across all specialist functions. Develop and execute demand generation strategies tailored to ANZ audiences, leveraging local market knowledge and insights to increase sales opportunities, test drives, and orders.

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting fleet operators, commercial partners, enterprise clients, and Certified Installers — creating tailored campaigns and collateral that drive pipeline growth across Tesla's B2B segments in ANZ. Implement centralised tracking and reporting for all campaigns– including test drives, in-store activations, external events, digital, email, and social–to provide a single view of campaign performance and ROI.

Analyse end-to-end campaign performance across channels, offering data-driven insights and optimisation recommendations. Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and management reviews. Plan and coordinate demand generation and awareness activations including in-store and external events; manage event logistics to ensure smooth execution and positive attendee experiences. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including regional Sales, Enterprise, Service, and Charging managers to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals and quarterly objectives.

Collaborate with and manage relationships with local vendors, agencies, and media partners to execute campaigns effectively. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in all marketing activities. Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to brand standards, including employees aligning with dress code guidelines. Organise and create brand assets and collateral for regional and national activations.

Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and optimisation in marketing campaigns, processes, and cross-functional workflows. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and share insights with relevant teams. Support ad-hoc marketing requests from regional stores and channel partners, including print collateral templates and local-area activations.

The Ideal Candidate Self-starter with a bias for action who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and multiple priorities must be managed simultaneously. Strategic integrator who sees the big picture across channels and functions, and can translate business objectives into coordinated, multi-channel campaign plans. Data-driven marketer who uses analytics to inform decisions, draws actionable insights from cross-channel data, and presents findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Strong communicator who can distil complex topics, influence cross-functional teams, and keep multiple workstreams aligned and on track. Proactive problem-solver with impeccable attention to detail, urgency, and ownership of outcomes. Team player who leads by example and builds effective relationships across local and global functions. What You’ll Bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign management within automotive, technology, e-commerce, or high-growth DTC environments - proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable business impact required.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Excel; working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent) is highly regarded.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to all levels of management. Experience developing and executing B2C and B2B demand generation strategies, including in-store and external event activations. Passion for using data and consumer behaviour insights to drive business outcomes; high sense of urgency and creative thinking that delivers results. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field - or equivalent proven ability to execute high-impact integrated campaigns.
