El rol

Contribuir a fortalecer la calidad y confiabilidad de la información utilizada para la toma de decisiones, mediante el desarrollo e implementación de un dashboard de Data Quality que permita monitorear de forma ágil las principales fuentes de información del negocio.

Tus responsabilidades

Generar y analizar reportes diarios de ventas e indicadores de rendimiento.

Elaborar la liquidación mensual de la Fuerza de Ventas Secundaria.

Brindar soporte directo a EDD y Gerentes, dando seguimiento a indicadores clave, metas y niveles de cumplimiento.

Buscamos a alguien que

Tenga formación en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias de Datos, Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística, Economía, Finanzas o Administración con enfoque analítico; y se encuentre cursando desde sexto semestre.

Pueda desenvolverse con confianza en análisis de datos, modelado de información y gestión de indicadores.

Aporte conocimientos de Excel intermedio, SQL básico o intermedio, Power BI básico y manejo de KPIs.

Tenga una visión integral (end-to-end) y se adueñe de sus resultados.

Se sienta cómodo/a trabajando en una organización ágil y en constante evolución.

Valore el trabajo en equipo, la comunicación efectiva, la gestión del tiempo, la orientación a resultados, la resolución de problemas y el aprendizaje continuo.
