Leadership Development Trainer

Leadership Development Trainer Salary up to £38500 We’re looking for a Leadership Development Trainer to join our growing Organisational Development team and help strengthen leadership capability across Priory. As our Organisational Development offering continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and expanding our leadership development programmes. You’ll design, deliver and assess a range of learning, including ILM-accredited qualifications, workshops and psychometric profiling, working with managers and leaders at all levels.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified trainer, tutor or assessor who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and making a real difference to how people lead and develop their teams. This is a remote role, although you’ll need to be comfortable travelling across the UK occasionally, including occasional overnight stays. Please note : Internally, this role is known as Leadership Development Specialist, and this is the job title stated in your contract.
