Regional Trainer - North West England & Scotland Up to £36,5000 Car Allowance : £5,200 We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Regional Trainer to drive impactful, compliance focused learning across our region. This hybrid role (1 day from home, 4 days at sites throughout the North West of England and Scotland area) offers the perfect balance of hands-on support and effective planning and delivery. A £5,200 PA car allowance is granted for this role due to the extensive travel involved.
You’ll work closely with teams and leaders to identify needs, lead engaging training, and build a strong culture of continuous learning. Your onsite presence will be key to building relationships and supporting performance, while your remote day will focus on planning, content creation, and continuous improvement. As this role requires extensive travel a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential. Travel will predominantly be in and around the North West of England, however on occasion travel to our sites in Scotland is expected.
Interviews will be held week commencing 2nd November. Please note : Internally, this role is known as Regional Learning Partner, and this is the job title stated in your contract.
