Responsibilities
The TikTok commerce team builds the solutions that help businesses engage audiences, inspire product discovery, and create commercial experiences on a platform where brands and merchants connect meaningfully with creators and communities.
We work closely with merchants, creators, and partners to support sustainable business growth while keeping the experience safe and trusted for the community. As the business scales across global markets, we take on complex challenges across content, commerce, trust, and the differing needs of each local market.
You will help shape the future of AI-native commerce, where discovery, entertainment, and buying happen in the same place.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop acquisition and growth strategies, aligning with business objectives. Define clear goals and priorities, and pinpoint high-potential opportunities and scalable approaches.
- Identify and source high quality parnters that fit the TikTok platform. Design and implement partnership frameworks with diverse third parties, including commerce platforms, industry associations, and marketing solution providers .
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline new partners launch processes and remove operational barriers
- Continuously monitor and analyze partners' performance, optimizing strategies to maximize efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in commerce operations or related fields,
- Experience of successfully driving initiatives independently while effectively working with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven and structured thinker, combining analytical rigor with a strong focus on achieving measurable goals.
- Fluent in English and Turkish to work with Turkish speaking stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- A deep understanding of the EU e-commerce landscape is highly desirable.
- Fast learner, proactive, and resilient, able to perform and excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
