The Sr. Product Marketing Manager leads portfolio strategy for T-Mobile Fiber, a strategic pillar of T-Mobile’s broadband business, with ownership over the products and strategies that win new customers, grow ARPU, and set T-Fiber apart from cable and fiber incumbents.
This role sits at the center of product strategy, consumer insights, and go-to-market, turning emerging customer needs, market whitespace, and industry shifts into product concepts, value propositions, and a long-term roadmap, each backed by a business case that holds up to financial scrutiny.
The role takes products from idea through launch and into market, influencing marketing plans and driving feature builds alongside Product, Operations, Pricing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Acquisition, then tracking performance to keep the portfolio growing.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer and business thinker with sharp analytical skills, strong storytelling, and a passion for uncovering unmet customer needs, who thrives in ambiguity and influences across a large organization.
This position requires a hybrid work arrangement – working at the designated office location at least 3 days per week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the T-Mobile Fiber portfolio strategy and long-term roadmap, including customer needs, target segments, and product narratives for existing and future products, while tracking post-launch performance and managing the lifecycle of current products to keep the portfolio performing to plan.
Evaluate competitive intelligence, consumer insights, segmentation data, industry trends, and business performance to identify emerging customer needs, market whitespace, and product gaps, and to differentiate T-Fiber from cable and fiber competitors; brief the Consumer Insights team on new studies and BI teams on customer data analyses.
Define product concepts and value propositions for new Fiber products and build the business cases, opportunity sizing, and financial models behind them, pressure-testing ARPU and financial viability ahead of development; shape pricing and rate-plan strategy for new and existing products with the Pricing team.
Lead the build and optimization of Fiber features and buy flows, self-service and onboarding, and in-flow upsell and add-on attach, in partnership with the Product team to improve conversion and grow ARPU.
Own the Fiber hardware portfolio, including the Wi-Fi router lineup, mesh access points, and accessories, and the bundling mechanics that drive incremental ARPU; partner with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain on feature sets, roadmap, forecasting, and fleet planning.
Lead go-to-market for Fiber launches and ongoing portfolio performance; influence positioning, messaging, offers and promotions, and channel strategy; partner across Pricing & Offers, Commercial, Finance, Integrated Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and channel teams to align portfolio, pricing, promotional, messaging, launch, and acquisition strategies to business objectives.
Develop product marketing outputs and channel enablement materials, including strategic briefs, positioning documents, launch narratives, consumer-facing messaging inputs, presentations, and channel-ready product content.
