In this role, you'll

Working as part of a team delivering critical enterprise application services that support rail operations, customer information and enterprise planning platforms, you'll play a key role in ensuring reliable and high-performing technology services.

This role will see you lead service delivery, vendor performance and application lifecycle management across a complex technology environment, while driving continuous improvement and supporting critical operational services.

You will lead service excellence and resolve complex operational challenges in a multi-vendor environment, ensuring application stability and positive customer outcomes.

About you

Your experience in enterprise applications, service delivery and stakeholder management will see you excel at driving performance, managing risk and delivering reliable technology services.

You're recognised as a collaborative and customer-focused leader, skilled at managing vendors, influencing stakeholders and improving technology services in complex operational environments.

You will bring experience managing enterprise application services in complex technology environments, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications in technology, business systems or a related discipline, along with industry-recognised service management certifications such as ITIL.
