In this role, you'll

- Demonstrated experience working with SharePoint, including information management, reporting and collaboration solutions.
- Working knowledge and practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience gathering business requirements, identifying opportunities and delivering practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a focus on achieving outcomes rather than simply producing reports.
- Sound understanding of data governance, data quality, security and compliance principles.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a simple and compelling way.
What Success Looks Like
The ideal candidate is not just a report builder. They are a self-starter who can identify problems, engage stakeholders, challenge existing processes, develop innovative solutions and deliver tangible business outcomes through data, reporting, automation and continuous improvement. They are equally comfortable working independently or collaborating with senior stakeholders and can confidently take an idea from concept through to implementation.
