In this role, you'll

• You will ensure configuration and asset data remains accurate, governed, and up to date across the technology environment.
• You will maintain the CMDB, document current-state environments, review configuration changes, and work with IT tooling teams, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure impacts, dependencies, and risks are clearly understood.
• Operating in a complex environment, you will coordinate updates across multiple internal and external providers, balance competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes.
• You will also support technology rationalisation, apply IRE rules and governance controls, and drive continuous improvements that maximise value while minimising complexity.

About you

• You bring experience in configuration management, CMDB governance, asset management, and IT service management practices.
• You have worked with integrated IT toolsets, maintaining accurate configuration data and improving data quality across complex technology environments.
• Your ITIL certification, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a continuous improvement mindset will enable you to drive effective governance and operational outcomes.
