Contract Officer

In this role, you'll

• Be working as part of a team delivering contract administration and management that supports safe, reliable, customer focused and efficient transport services.
• You’ll support the day-to-day management of service contracts, analyse operational performance and work closely with operators and stakeholders to support compliance and service delivery.
• You’ll assess service variations, identify risks and provide clear advice and recommendations that drive better customer outcomes, improved performance, safety, efficiency and value for money.
• This role is based will be based in either Newcastle, Parramatta or Wollongong and is hybrid friendly, meaning flexible work options may be available.

About you

Your contract administration and service delivery experience will see you confidently monitor compliance, manage documentation and support quality service delivery in a high-volume customer service environment.

You’re a strong communicator and analytical thinker, skilled at interpreting operational information and preparing clear reports, correspondence and advice for a range of stakeholders.

You’ve got strong contract management skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities while building productive relationships with service providers and stakeholders.
