Strategic Fleet Manager

Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Strategic Fleet Manager to join the organization based out of the Maumee, OH or Detroit, MI office! The Strategic Fleet Manager is responsible for the effective management, strategic oversight, and operational excellence of the vehicle fleet owned or leased by The Mannik & Smith Group. This role ensures optimal vehicle utilization, compliance with safety standards, and cost-effective operations.

Working cross-functionally with company stakeholders, third-party fleet providers, and legal/risk teams, the Manager will lead initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability across the entire fleet portfolio, including specialty and heavy equipment assets.
