Director, Product GTM & Commercialization Ads

New York City, NY In person Full-time

About the Role

As Director of Product Go-To-Market (GTM) & Commercialization for Uber Advertising, you will serve as a core executive leader driving global commercial success across Mobility and Delivery Advertising. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to turn technical innovation into commercial growth and enterprise scale.

In this high-impact role, you will lead the global strategy for product incubation and commercialization, platform launch readiness, and ecosystem operations. You will also oversee Technical Operations, including Partner Solutions Engineering, API and Data Collaboration Integrations, and Strategic Technical Support for top accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership

Strategic Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align feature roadmaps with go-to-market strategies and commercial goals.

Inbound Voice of Customer & Business: Translate market feedback, operational bottlenecks, and regional dynamics into actionable requirements for Engineering and Product roadmap.

Integrated Launch Execution: Partner with Ads Marketing to design end-to-end launch narratives, lifecycle engagement programs, and global brand-to-product customer journeys across Mobility and Delivery business lines.

  • Global Product GTM & Commercialization

End-to-End Product Launches: Lead global commercialization frameworks, feature activation strategies, and rollout playbooks across high-growth and mature markets.

Pricing, Monetization & Packaging: Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Marketing to structure commercial models, feature pricing, and monetization strategies for Uber’s Advertising business.

Adoption & Revenue Growth: Establish global metrics and operating cadences to track product velocity, user adoption, feature retention, and unit economic impact post-launch.

  • Partner Solutions

Solutions Engineering & Platform Ecosystems: Lead technical solutions teams that architect integrations, APIs, and enterprise configurations for Uber’s largest advertisers and 3rd party partners.

Tier-3/4 Technical Support & Reliability: Build scale-ready, enterprise-grade technical support operations with clear SLAs, automated escalation paths, and rapid-response incident management.

Operational Excellence & Tooling: Drive continuous efficiency using operational frameworks—reducing platform integration friction, defect rates, and time-to-value for strategic partners.

  • Organizational Leadership & Scaling

Build, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary global team of Product GTMers, Solutions Engineers, and Technical Support Leads.

Champion an operational culture grounded in continuous improvement, rigorous data analytics, systems thinking, and customer obsession.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Executive Influence & Governance: Proven capability to align C-suite, Product, Engineering, and Business leaders across complex matrixed environments.
  • Product Commercialization Scale: Demonstrated leadership in launching enterprise or high-scale consumer software capabilities that generated measurable adoption and revenue growth.
