Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, technical partners, and international leads to maintain consistent M&E workflows across the multi-country initiative.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in International Development, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, research assistance, program support, or data management.

Organization & Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines smoothly.

Cross-Cultural Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort coordinating across international teams, partner organizations, and technical disciplines.

Compensation: Starting at $65,000, commensurate with experience
