About the role
- We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Owner to join our Markets, Margin Services team. This role is in Lake Mary, Florida
- In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as Product Owner and key business liaison for the management and development of critical Margin Segregation applications.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development through testing, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
- Develop and execute product strategy, including transitioning users from legacy platforms to strategic solutions with minimal disruption.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements, defect remediation, and releases in line with strategic objectives.
- Act as a functional subject matter expert, supporting Sales and Relationship teams with client discussions and solution positioning across multiple teams.
- Identify and promote opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance business processes, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency.
- Assess business, operational, and technology risks and define appropriate tactical and strategic courses of action.
- To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience within Operations, Client Service, or a related function in Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, operational risk, client service, market settlement practices, SWIFT, and Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess business, operational, and technology risks.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and act as a bridge across business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and immediate business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and share expertise to strengthen product teams and broader capabilities.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Product Operating Model (POM) practices preferred.
