Assistant ‐ Human Resources ‐ Operations (1 year contract)

(Based at Activewear - Nittambuwa)

Promote & coordinate Women Go Beyond initiatives within the plant.

Maintain positive relationships between employees, supervisors, and management.

Monitor and address attendance, absenteeism, turnover, and employee retention issues.

Promote an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of SS‐ related data.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Following or completed a degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in Employee Relations or HR Operations.
• Prior involvement in diversity, inclusion, women empowerment or similar activities would be an added advantage.
• Exposure to factory employee engagement and regular employee interactions.
• Good communication skills.
