Senior Associate, Brand Operations (Perigold)

Boston, MA Hybrid Full-time

Must be Onsite in Boston, MA (Monday-Friday) Salary: 83,500 - 92,250 Perigold Brand Operations sits at the intersection of customer experience, supplier operations, and post-order execution for Wayfair’s luxury brand. This team focuses on initiatives where standard mass-market processes do not fully meet luxury customer expectations: supplier readiness, post-delivery resolutions, and the operational policies needed to deliver a more premium experience.

What You'll Do Own a 3–6 month operating plan for Perigold post-order performance, using customer experience and cost metrics to identify the highest-value opportunities across supplier readiness, post-delivery resolutions across incidents and returns, and operational policies. Build and maintain analytical datasets, trackers, and reporting views that turn business problems into clear insights, opportunity sizing, project plans, and measurable progress against targets.

Translate data into practical recommendations for Perigold and Brand Operations leadership, including clear narratives on performance trends, root causes, tradeoffs, and next steps. Partner with Supplier Inventory Management, Commercial teams, suppliers, Service, Operations, and analytics partners to improve the luxury customer experience while reducing post-order costs. Identify where Wayfair’s existing mass-market processes, supplier setups, policies, or systems create friction for Perigold customers, then scope and support operational changes that better reflect luxury customer expectations.

Support supplier-facing improvement efforts by helping Commercial and supplier partners understand operational performance gaps, such as availability, returns, and incident drivers. Contribute to roadmap and prioritization discussions by sizing opportunities, clarifying customer and cost impact, and sequencing work that can realistically move key Perigold operations metrics. What You’ll Need 2+ years of professional experience in operations, business analytics, strategy, supply chain, customer experience, merchandising operations, consulting, or a similarly analytical business role.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including comfort building datasets, diagnosing trends, sizing opportunities, and translating findings into action plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-supported recommendations to managers, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders. A collaborative working style and the ability to build trust with cross-functional partners across Operations, Commercial, supplier-facing teams, Service, analytics, and leadership.

Curiosity, ownership, and eagerness to improve the customer experience, especially in post-order moments where cost, policy, supplier readiness, and customer expectations intersect. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where problems may be ambiguous, priorities may shift, and the right answer requires both data and stakeholder judgment. Bachelor’s degree.
