Business Systems Lead

We’re looking for a Business System Lead to join the Business Solutions team. This is a 12 month secondment opportunity. The Business Systems Lead will play a key role in the Future Claims Model Program, leading the business workstream and helping ensure the new Guidewire platform, processes and operating model are practical, user-centred and ready for implementation. Acting as the connection between the program and the business, you will coordinate deliverables across solution design, process improvement, user acceptance testing, implementation readiness, learning and adoption.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Claims Leader or operational leader with strong knowledge of claims, policy, premium or related insurance processes who is ready to apply their expertise in a broader transformation environment. You will need to be comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving scope, with the analytical thinking, sound judgement and self-direction to identify risks, manage dependencies and translate complex information into practical recommendations.

The ideal candidate will bring an enterprise mindset and be willing to challenge established ways of working rather than approaching the role solely through a claims lense. You will be able to build credibility across different business areas, influence without formal authority and lead a coordinated business approach to testing, readiness and adoption.
