Location YOTEL New York - HQ Regional Position Vice President, Business Performance U.S. Description The Vice President of Business Performance of U.S. will provide strategic sales and revenue direction for the purpose of driving TOP LINE REVENUE and GROWING MARKET SHARE for YOTEL. This individual will work with other corporate and property team members to maximize revenue and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

This position will report to the Global Vice President Business Performance. Position Requirements At least 10 years of experience as a sales leader in an above property position. Regional or Multi-Unit sales and revenue oversight experience required. Prior track record as a Hotel Director of Sales or Revenue Management in major markets. Experience dealing with and communicating with ownership groups and asset management.

Experience working collaboratively with sales and revenue management team. Well rounded knowledge of all market segments and channel sources, as well as ability to develop a strategic plan for each. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Must be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
