About the team
Zillow is on a mission to make home a reality for more people. The Seller team builds products that help homeowners understand what they own, plan for what's next, and sell with confidence when the time is right. We're reimagining that journey with AI, Zillow's tools, expertise, and partners so that we can build a relationship with homeowners long before they list and guide them through every step of selling.
About the role
- As a Senior Product Manager on the Seller team, you'll help build Zillow's AI-powered seller advisor experience. You'll work across the full seller lifecycle:
- Bringing homeowners into the experience
- Turning early interest into lasting relationships that keep them coming back
- Helping homeowners decide if, when, and how to sell
- Making sure the right selling options are ready when they decide to sell
- This is a high-ambiguity, high-impact role on a strategy that is still taking shape. You'll help define what great looks like for a new category of product that will reach millions of homeowners.
You Will Get To
Shape and deliver the product strategy for an AI-native seller experience across web and mobile, from first engagement through the decision to sell
Grow the audience of homeowners and likely sellers, and design experiences that convert early intent into repeat engagement and long-term relationships
Make sure sellers are connected to the right selling products and services at the moment they're ready to act
Define success metrics for conversational and AI-driven experiences, including how to measure quality, engagement, and progress toward a selling decision
Prototype quickly, including with AI tools, to test ideas with customers and align the team before committing to build
Turn data and customer insights into clear priorities, and challenge assumptions in a fast-moving environment
Communicate strategy, plans, and results to senior leaders through clear, compelling storytelling
Contribute to the broader seller strategy as a thought leader on the team
