UKG (UltiPro) Integration

About UKG (UltiPro)

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) was formed from the 2020 merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos, creating one of the largest HR technology companies in the world. UKG's talent acquisition capabilities, inherited from UltiPro's recruiting module, are used by mid-to-large organizations that rely on UKG for comprehensive workforce management. The platform is particularly strong in industries with complex workforce scheduling needs, including healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality.

This integration provides coverage of employers in industries that are often underrepresented on mainstream job platforms.
