Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or closely related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

A combination of relevant education and progressively responsible experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Employee Relations, including experience handling complex workplace issues, investigations, conflict resolution, and advising management on corrective actions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Informatics or documented additional training or experience in medical informatics.

Experience in direct clinical patient care as a licensed professional is preferred.

Bilingual skills in English and Navajo language preferred.

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System, Information Technology or Comp TIA A+ Certification required.

At least two years of relevant experience required.
