General Manager, Mission Critical Environments

• The General Manager, Americas has full P&L
• responsibility for Senneca Holdings’ Mission Critical Equipment division,
• including SubZero Engineering and Simplex. This business serves fast-growing
• data center and clean room end markets and operates with a high degree of
• autonomy across sales, operations, marketing, product development, and finance.
• This role leads a cross-functional leadership team of direct
• and matrixed reports including Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration
• & Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to the corporate Finance
• and HR. The position oversees manufacturing and operational sites in the U.S.
• and plays a key role in setting strategy, driving organic growth, and executing
• acquisitions.
