- As a Talent Business Partner, you provide guidance to attract, develop,
- engage, and retain the right talent in the organization. Support staffing analysis and capacity planning, developing recruiting
- plans, sourcing strategies, and provide guidance to leaders on reorganizations, retention efforts and Talent Management initiatives
- and processes such as Performance, Recognition, Talent Review and Engagement. Be a single point of
- contact for managers and employees on HR-related topics. The Talent Business Partner, performs all his/her duties within the legal
- labor framework related to local and federal laws, corporate policies and
- procedures. Prepares a variety of
- reports including budget, vacancies and personnel movement. Support in the implementation of key projects
- to contribute to HR strategy.
