Job Summary

• The Talent Management Consultant assists with the
• implementation of the human resources agenda/strategies in the subsidiary (ECR)
• by assuming several operational, supportive, and administrative
• responsibilities and programs. The
• responsibilities cover a range of different activities including but not
• limited to the conduct of internal investigations, managing employer-employee
• relationships, affecting required labor reporting, requiring the role of the Human
• Resources Officer to perform as an advisor/consultant, partner, liaison, or
• facilitator to ensure the unit’s effectiveness, as well as the businesses’
• productivity.
