Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within an agile and cloud-centric environment. The workday is dynamic, balancing coding, problem-solving, and cross-team communication to drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components that meet business requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful API design and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience working in agile development environments and using version control systems.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
