Bachelor’s degree and five (5) or more years of directly related payroll and benefits/leave administration; an equivalent level of education/certification and directly-related experience may be considered.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of payroll tax regulations and applications at the federal and state levels.

Advanced knowledge of employee benefit rules and regulations including but not limited to health and welfare plans, 403(b) or other retirement plans, and ERISA-related benefits.

Minimum of five (5) years experience in institutional fundraising; identifying donors, managing and developing relationships.

Familiarity with the Advancement databases; preferably Raisers Edge.

Knowledge of direct mail, basic event management, non-profit finance and development principles and practices.

Seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in education abroad, study abroad, experiential education, international education, higher education, or a related field, including at least one (1) year of significant supervisory or management responsibility.

Demonstrated experience designing and implementing educational customized programs.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and significant logistical and financial considerations.
