3+ years online higher education teaching, 3+ years of experience in faculty services, talent development/recruitment, HR or higher education administration, experience working and supporting asynchronous online graduate programs and adjunct faculty in higher education and/or with union.

Able to establish strong relationships and collaboratively with faculty, colleagues, and other stakeholders across the university.

Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google spreadsheets, and Smartsheets, etc.

3-5 years of experience in partnership development, account management, or business development, preferably in higher education or online learning.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PhD, master’s degree, or equivalent professional qualifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, public policy, data science, ethics, social policy, technology policy, or a related field.

Demonstrated expertise in algorithmic bias, responsible AI, AI ethics, public policy, or technology governance.

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional, academic, or applied experience.
