This should include emphasis on strategic planning, revenue generation, relationship maximization and stewardship, logistics, fiscal management, and event planning.

Direct experience recruiting, managing, and growing a streamer, content creator, or similar peer-to-peer fundraising community.

5+ years of community building and engagement experience, with a proven track record of achievement in a complex, mission-driven organization.

2-3 years in a supervisory capacity with engagement and activation responsibilities and leadership experience that includes working directly with staff, large- and small-scale community events; healthcare-based organization with a diversified revenue and fundraising events portfolio highly preferred.

Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated experience with organizing community initiatives and knowledge of fundraising through peer-to-peer and signature event activities.

Experience developing and executing professional development plans and succession pipelines for major gift teams.

Demonstrated experience with complex, multi-asset gift strategies (outright, planned, blended, corporate, foundation).

Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
