Experience with SharePoint, including creating, maintaining, and managing sites, content, document libraries, and information architecture.

Demonstrated experience building, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, and content repositories to support collaboration, document management, and information sharing across teams.

Experience with online communication tools (SharePoint, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Slido etc.).

Demonstrated experience with increasing responsibility in the Management of Project Controls on large projects, Transportation project experience and specifically transit experience are an asset.

Strong practical knowledge of Project Controls principles, processes and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively at the project and program levels.

Experience with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) principles.

Knowledge of business practices, financial analysis, and reporting; understands the financial and accounting impact of business processes to evaluate current and future business activities (e.g., audit, legal, and reporting requirements).

Experience in the application of the principles and practices of operating and capital budget formulation, analysis, evaluation and controls, financial planning/management processes, generally accepted budgeting principles and techniques, and financial systems.
