Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, controls engineering, or a related discipline; preference given to candidates with a postgraduate degree in engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, R&D, or project commissioning within power electronics, energy storage, microgrids, power generation, or related industries.

Direct experience in inverter product development, control systems, or energy storage project commissioning is strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Law, Business, Engineering or Finance or an equivalent field degree or work experience;

Strong experience in commercial contract negotiations and tender management in the energy sector;

Proficient in working with standard industry contract forms, e.g.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems; Master’s or Ph.D.

5+ years of hands-on experience in power system simulation and dynamic modeling, with demonstrated work on utility-scale energy storage or renewable energy projects.

Experience performing power flow, transient stability, short circuit and dynamic modeling studies including grid interconnection analysis for projects including PPC, IBR, BESS.
