This is an extraordinary opportunity for a leader with seven to ten years of accounting and finance experience, ideally beginning in accounting and audit, followed by experience gathering, evaluating, presenting and reporting financial information to executive teams.

S/he will ideally have experience in a complex nonprofit that has multiple programs.

Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to CUCS’ mission; a proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will own, in partnership with the CFO, the responsibility for finance.

High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, or a related fiscal function.

Experience with reimbursement-based or matrix-funded environments preferred.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, employee or labor relations, business or public administration, psychology, sociology, or a related field preferred.

Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

At least two years of relevant experience in human resources, employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, or a related area.
