ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage company developing AI-powered computer vision for manufacturing quality inspection. You will work directly with the founders to build the go-to-market approach and help turn conversations with manufacturers into factory deployments. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Identify promising manufacturing plants and the decision-makers involved in quality, engineering, and operations. - Conduct outreach through channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone, and events. - Join customer conversations and help progress opportunities to factory visits and pilot deployments. - Research manufacturing processes and assess where the product can deliver value. - Help develop the target customer profile, messaging, sales process, pricing, and expansion strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Currently studying or recently graduated, with a degree from a strong university. - Relevant experience in a startup, consulting, venture capital, sales, or business development environment. - Fluent in English, with excellent professional communication skills. - Analytical, curious, persistent, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment. - Comfortable contacting senior executives and other decision-makers directly. - Interest in startups, AI, robotics, or manufacturing; professional German communication skills are a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: $48,000 to $72,000 USD annually. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
