Lead Consultant / Project Manager – Salesforce Data Migration
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) data migration projects, ensuring accurate and seamless migration of data from legacy systems into Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Define migration strategy, cutover, and go-live plans.
- Lead data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Execute mock migrations and production cutovers.
- Ensure data quality and obtain business sign-offs.
- Manage risks, stakeholders, and migration deliverables.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Data Migration or IT Project Delivery experience.
- Proven experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Data Migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience migrating data from legacy systems into Salesforce.
- Experience managing migration testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- FSL migration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
