Job Summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is seeking an analytical and collaborative professional to join our Sales Operations and Strategy organization as Senior Analyst, Revenue Planning and Insights.

This role will help transform how the commercial organization measures performance, generates insights, and supports decision-making. The Senior Analyst will develop scalable and increasingly proactive approaches to analytics – leveraging automation, AI, and agentic technologies – to move the organization beyond reactive, manual reporting. In the near term, this may include building critical dashboards and analyses; over time, the role will help establish durable capabilities that surface insights, clarify business drivers, and prompt action.

This is a high-visibility individual contributor role for someone who combines strong analytical skills, business judgment, technical curiosity, and an internal-consulting mindset. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Programmatic Operations, the Senior Analyst will prioritize decision-support needs, incubate initiatives to measure and optimize business performance, and translate complex data into clear recommendations and repeatable operating practices. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Planning and Insights.

Core Responsibilities

Transform Delivery of Commercial Analytics & Insights

  • Build and improve critical dashboards, reports, and workflows to measure business performance and create a shared understanding of results across the commercial team.
  • Develop scalable and increasingly proactive approaches to deliver timely, decision-ready insights for recurring review cadences (weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews).
  • Evaluate and implement automation, AI, and agentic technologies to identify trends, surface risks and opportunities, clarify business drivers, and prompt appropriate action.
  • Improve the accessibility, consistency, timeliness, and scalability of recurring performance reporting across customers, products, sales teams, and channels.
  • Establish clear definitions, documentation, and quality controls so that performance measures and analytical outputs are trusted and repeatable (single sources of truth).

Business Performance Frameworks & KPI Development

  • Lead focused analytical projects, evaluating issues and opportunities to measure and optimize performance within critical areas of the business.
  • Design KPI frameworks that explain the underlying drivers of what is happening in the business and connect performance results to decisions and actions.
  • Build cross-functional alignment on KPI definitions, owners, targets, and operating rhythms for each framework.
  • Incubate and operationalize the frameworks with full transition to ongoing owners for reporting and review cadences, following an established handoff period.

Commercial Analytics Roadmap Prioritization, Delivery & Adoption

  • Partner with Business Intelligence and sales leaders to identify and prioritize the commercial organization’s highest-value reporting, analytics, and decision-support needs.
  • Balance roadmap priorities based on business impact, urgency, effort, and readiness.
  • Serve as the business-facing partner who translates commercial questions into clear data, reporting, dashboard, and analytical requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with commercial teams and other internal stakeholders to validate that delivered capabilities meet business requirements, and drive adoption.
