Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (OR) 2+ years sales experience in a SaaS environment (OR) 1+ years’ experience as a ConstructConnect BDR

Proven track record of success in a B2B sales or BDR role, preferably within the construction industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.

Three or more years of experience in contract administration, contracts operations, legal operations, procurement operations, sales operations, commercial legal support, or a related role.

Hands-on experience reviewing commercial agreements, preparing redlines, negotiating routine terms, coordinating approvals, and escalating exceptions.

Strong working knowledge of liability, indemnification, payment terms, termination, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, insurance, auto-renewal, and governing law.

Bachelor’s Degree + 1 year of B2B sales experience OR Associates Degree and 3 years of account management or sales experience OR HS Diploma and 5 years of account management or sales experience OR 1 year in a ConstructConnect role

Strong track record of achievement, preferably selling a SaaS product or service

Experience in consultative and value selling, multiple sales techniques to include cold calling
