Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management is considered a strong asset

Minimum 5 years of combined experience in one or more of the following areas: financial planning, accounting, engineering, project management, project controls, construction, and railway operations

Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align on common objectives

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

6+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, data modeling, schema design, database optimization, data mining, data preparation, visualization, and process development

3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Cloud, including Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and the design and implementation of modern data warehouse architectures

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 5 years of railway operating experience, including qualification as a Locomotive Engineer and experience in an operating leadership role.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
