Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, human factors, organizational, or business discipline is required.

Five or more years of progressively responsible experience applying Human Performance Improvement (HPI) or comparable Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles and methodologies in electric utilities or similar complex, high-hazard operating environments required.

Experience must demonstrate broad knowledge of integrated performance improvement programs, independent program leadership, and the ability to provide technical guidance to management with minimal direction.

Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop training solutions.

Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methods and approaches to evaluating training effectiveness.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, public affairs, political science, business or related field with minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in communications, public affairs, external affairs, stakeholder engagement, community relations and/or government relations.

Must have demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic communications plans for large, complex or high-visibility initiatives, preferably including utility, infrastructure, energy, regulatory, permitting or major capital project work.

Experience serving as a visible organizational representative in interviews, public meetings, stakeholder forums or other external-facing environments required.
