Senior Business Analyst - SCM + AIML

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain and Logistics Management to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and fellow Business Analysts to gather requirements, validate deliverables, and drive successful project outcomes. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, particularly in logistics use cases, will be a valuable asset in contributing to innovative solutions.

Responsibilities Gather functional and non-functional requirements from multiple stakeholders Guide elicitation activities effectively and identify inconsistencies in project requirements Create process flow diagrams, user interface mockups, and logical models Understand and explain why a change to a system, process, or capability is needed Identify and communicate risks and provide options to manage or mitigate them Conduct UAT by performing testing as well as engaging the business to perform UAT Collaborate closely with the Business, EPAM team (BAs and QAs), and 3rd party development team Clarify business requirements with the development team, answer potential questions, and ensure timely completion in alignment with the IT delivery lead Conduct demos and KT sessions with business and technology stakeholders, documenting stakeholder feedback Review, qualify, raise, and prioritize bugs Participate in deployments, assist with cutover activities, and perform post-deployment sanity testing Validate deliverables according to the requirements Requirements 5-10 years of general IT experience with 5+ years in a Business Analyst role Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management Proficiency in authoring BRD, FRD, and user stories Background in SCM, Demand Management (Supply Chain), and Logistics Management Familiarity with DevOps, Microsoft Visio (or a similar tool), and Dynamics 365 Skills in PowerPoint Experience with Agile methodology Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives alongside other Business Analysts English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher Nice to have Conceptual understanding of AI/ML Familiarity with Logistics AI/ML use cases India Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
