Currently enrolled in a CS, data science, industrial engineering, quantitative social science such as economics, or related technical BA, BS, or MS degree program.

Is able to work a minimum of 16 hours a week and is commuting distance and able to come into one of our offices on occasion.

Hands-on experience with programming (Python preferred) and comfort working with APIs, LLMs, agentic coding tools, MCPs, Jupyter Notebook/VS Code.

Fundamental understanding of programming concepts and software development.

Familiarity with at least one modern programming language.

Clear communication and willingness to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Hands-on experience conducting workplace investigations end to end, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation allegations: planning, witness interviewing, credibility assessment, evidence evaluation, findings, and written reports.

Demonstrated skill navigating sensitive and difficult conversations, including misconduct allegations, terminations, performance escalations, and accommodation discussions, with professionalism, empathy, and composure under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver presentations and training to managers, employees, and firm leadership, with comfort and skill in front of a group.
